1. General Information
- These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made via the online store Snapshots from the Zone at https://sftz.store.
- The store operates globally and ships to countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and worldwide.
- By placing an order, the customer (“you”) accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Order Process
- All products are made using the Print on Demand model — each item is produced individually after the order is placed.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colour or placement may occur due to the nature of the printing process.
- Orders are placed by selecting products on the website, completing the checkout form, and confirming payment.
- Once payment is received, the order is sent to production and cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. Prices and Payments
- All prices shown include applicable VAT (where relevant) and are displayed in the selected currency.
- Payment is required in full at the time of placing the order.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other electronic payment options provided at checkout.
- If payment is not received within 3 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
4. Production and Delivery
- Each product is manufactured after payment confirmation.
- Production and shipping are handled by professional fulfilment partners cooperating with the Seller.
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and product type.
- Orders are shipped worldwide using reputable courier or postal services.
- Any customs duties or import taxes for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
- Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Section 28(3)(a) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalised.
- Since all products in our store are made to order (Print on Demand), returns or cancellations are not possible once production begins.
- This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective or damaged item (see §6 below).
6. Complaints and Defective Goods
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@sftz.store.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect.
- Once the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
- The Seller is responsible for the cost of return or replacement in case of accepted claims.
7. Data Protection
- The Seller is the controller of personal data provided by customers.
- Personal data are processed solely for the purposes of order fulfilment, payment processing, and communication related to the order.
- The data are not shared with third parties other than payment processors and fulfilment partners necessary for production and delivery.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, applicable within the European Union, and interpreted in accordance with EU consumer protection directives.
- For customers in the United Kingdom, these Terms comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Any disputes will be resolved amicably; failing that, through competent courts in accordance with applicable EU or UK consumer law.
