Shipping policy

1. Order processing & fulfilment

  1. All products are made to order using the Print on Demand model.
  2. Once payment is confirmed, your order is sent for production at one of our trusted fulfilment partners.
  3. Production time usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and workload.
  4. After production, your order is shipped directly from the fulfilment centre closest to your destination (EU, UK, or other regions).

2. Shipping times

These are estimates — actual delivery times may vary depending on local postal services, customs processing, and external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping methods & tracking

  1. All shipments are made via reliable courier or postal services.
  2. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
  3. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
  4. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days, please contact us at info@sftz.store so we can investigate.

4. Shipping costs

  1. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the number of items.
  2. In some cases, multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.
  3. Free shipping promotions (if available) apply only under the conditions stated on the store’s website.

5. Customs, duties & taxes

  1. Orders shipped outside the European Union or to the UK may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your local authorities.
  2. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
  3. Customs procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

6. Lost or undelivered packages

  1. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment (Europe) or 45 days (rest of the world), please contact us at info@sftz.store.
  2. We will file a report with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
  3. We cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. Incorrect addresses

  1. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
  2. If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect and the package is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
  3. Orders returned due to an invalid address are not eligible for refund.

8. Returned shipments

  1. Returned packages due to failed delivery attempts, unclaimed parcels, or incorrect addresses will be handled according to our fulfilment partner’s return policies.
  2. In most cases, such packages are destroyed or donated to charity — they cannot be reshipped without additional cost.
  3. Please contact us before the package is returned if you notice an address issue.
